I only read the OP and the last couple of pages, so excuse my ignorance if this question ignores some facts that have already been stated.

Is this information from a source at FedEx who allegedly delivered a package directly to Curtis Luper (I'm sure he receives all of the mail that comes into the AD), stood around to watch Luper as he immediately opened the package and read it in front of the FedEx employee and then was able to interpret this information based on Luper's reaction?
