Auburn went 10-0 and was awarded the AP national title despite not competing in a bowl game because the Tigers were placed on probation by the SEC for paying two high school recruits $500 each.

It's easy to look it up so I'm going to assume you're smart enough to do it yourself but Auburn has been on NCAA probation more times than The University of Alabama.

Bama has paid players in the past and they got busted for it. Things like that will eventually come to light.

Of course if they want to claim that Alabama, Georgia (or anybody else) should have to give up any titles for "cheating" then I would think they would need to give up one (and maybe both) of their titles.
Don't forget...they were on probation when they won their first title and investigated during their second title run for paying player(s). While true nothing was proven, the same could be said about Alabama and/or Georgia. Yet some persist on coming on here and scream everybody else is paying players and they are clean.
