You guys finally got over Clemsoning a few years ago and now you’re all on the fricking lecture circuit?

But the way Bama smacked LSU for all those years, it was never close. It wasn't like Bama was getting up by 20 and then LSU was making a furious come back

Not saying I agree or do not agree, but Utah has actually played a team that is currently ranked. They got beat, but they played a team that is ranked. Has Clemson? No. So, it is accurate to say they are more proven I still think Clemson is one of the top 4 teams in the country, though. Just because a team does not play a tough schedule does not mean they are not good.

Losing to a mediocre USC team doesn’t prove anything. Now if they beat Oregon, they would have a win better than any of Clemson’s, but that loss will still drag them down.

I don't know how it is going to shake out but OSU and LSU will be a slug fest. They shouldn't match up prior to the championship game if things go the way they should. I don't know who would win that one, assuming everyone is pretty healthy.

Have you ever gotten an answer from SEC cheerleaders as to why Bama has dominated the SEC the last 5 years ?

If the SEC was a "gauntlet" they should have different teams winning the SEC every year.

Bama has completely dominated the SEC .

I guess LSU will now dominate the next four years and the cheerleaders will dickride them.

I have an uncle who went to Bama and his house looks like a Bryant and Saban museum , and he hates the SEC dickriders as much as he hates Clemson.

We're trying to help fans of inferior teams, like LSU, learn how to behave properly now that their team has made the jump from shitty to decent.

We’ve won 8 or more games 19 years in a row, the longest such streak in the FBS, and won 2 titles in that time. Take your Johnny-come-lately advice elsewhere. We don’t need any of your bullshite.

I think I'd initially rather face a pocket passer in the semis like Lawrence than a mobile guy like Fields or Hurts.

LSU has had lapses with mobile QBs this year. Save that test for the championship game.

I'll readily admit the SEC has been down for a few years. In 2016, I think Bama's closest SEC win was 10-0 @LSU and then they lost the title against Clemson

You think LSU will be around after this year? As far as playoffs and having sustained success like Bama?

Honestly, I’m kind of looking forward to it at this point. Rather than prepping for a team that frankly isn’t on the same level as the top 3, the team will be totally focused on preparing for a great opponent over the break.

It's not the first game that's the problem. It's the second game, after you've already played a tough opponent the week before. That's why everybody wants that #1 seed, to hopefully have an easier game in the first round.

Sticking around is a difficult task in the SEC where you actually play quality conference opponents. Not that you’d know anything about that.

Bama? No. Bama may not be what they were at this point, but get over yourselves. They have sustained the greatest run in college football history under Saban. Everyone else close had poorer competition and fewer scholarship restrictions years ago. You guys haven’t even come close to matching the same run yet, so don’t get ahead of yourselves.

Do I think LSU can return to where they were from 2003-2011? Yes. Absolutely. The staff and the recruiting are lining up that way. Have you not noticed that LSU is mere hundredths of a point behind Clemson for the 2nd rated class. This on the heels of a number 3 class last year. Offensive players, especially QBs, want to come and play in this system after seeing the results.

If you think LSU will simply fade, you are mistaken. But it will be a hell of a lot harder for us since we actually play a real schedule.

Yep, Bama blows out everybody in the SEC so that means they have to be the greatest team ever.

I don't see LSU maintaining what they are doing this year. I think Oregon is too giddy, and I think a perfect example of him not being able to handle this success is something he said about Burrow yesterday.

They asked if Burrow could wear the jersey in the game that he wore pre game with Burreux on it, and he said "he can do whatever he wants" and giggled like a little girl. The inmates are gonna be running the asylum and he won't know how to control it

Nope. You are 100% incorrect and it’s because you are once again talking shite about something you have no clue about. O has instilled more discipline than I expected when he was hired. He has cleared up the issues that Miles, a player’s coach to the core, allowed to creep in over the years. He has had zero tolerance suspending and punishing players over the last three years. Hell, he suspended the best player on our D for messing around and he can’t play again unless we get to the title game.

He does have some Pete Carroll in him, but when you have a guy who IS disciplined and is a leader, why not let him have a fun moment on senior night.

You are such a fake rich elitist fricking douchebag.

yeah... I kinda want a piece of the Clemson arse. Let's be honest. The Clemson ascendency began when they beat LSU in the Peach Bowl 7 or 8 years ago, or whenever that was. I'd like to be the ones to knock them off the pedestal. Besides, by BIL is a Clemson guy, so I don't need them winning natty's.

That's a convenient time to bring back the best player on D lol

We'll see though, that's just my opinion. That's just how I see it shaping up.
