Serious question...he was charged with reckless driving and racing. The police arrived after the fact and nothing I have seen stated they saw this behavior or had any eyewitnesses or any evidence of it happening. If that is the case how would they charge you with anything? Probably didn't have much of a case. No doubt the moron is guilty of bad judgement if nothing else but I ain't sure I understand how they charge you after the fact....they say he wasn't drinking (doubtful) and they for sure would have a hard making a case had he been since they didn't check him at the site...
