Only redeeming quality of Tennessee baseball is their pitching coach Frank Anderson. One of the best, if not the best. Still wish we had him on staff here. Actually don’t mind Vitello and the players - if you want to have that demeanor and attitude, so be it. The fan base is obviously easy to hate. Do something before you speak to other baseball programs like LSU and Texas like you could possibly compare. Crap strewn on the field, booing every single aspect and every pitch of any game - far beyond even the normal obnoxious and similar behavior you see at other places - it’s on a level where it’s not just that select few every fan base has - it’s rampant and is more the rule than the exception.
