My post has nothing to do with moral superiority. I wish Georgia would make their drug policy the least strict in the whole country, but that's not going to happen so I want our competitive disadvantage to be erased.

I'm being totally selfish

Excuse? It's not an excuse. It's fact. It sucks, but it is what it is. I still blame the players more than the policy. Do I wish it would change? Hell yes. Do I think it will? Hell No.

Are the players still at fault? Hell yes. They know we test a lot, they know there will be punishment everytime they fail regardless of when, who they are, etc...

Yes it is an excuse. Micheal Dyer was the mvp of Auburn's national championship game against Oregon and we kicked him off the team. Auburn fans do not cry about it or use it as an excuse for losing. Georgia fans do use those type of things as an excuse for losing

Why are y'all dignifying this guy with a response? He is obviously mentally handicapped just let him be.

Yall really don't think LSU drug tests just as much? Hell we test kids for synthetic weed

Granted, however, we actually enforce failed drug tests. Honey Badger failed over 10 tests before he was punished. It's one thing to test players, it's something completely different to enforce the rules correctly rather than letting a player test multiple times hoping he can finally pass.

Oh yeah, Auburn's leading tackler from 2012 was arrested for misdemeanor possession of marijuana right before the start of the 2013 season.

Only Auburn player actually arrested under Malzahn and he was kicked off the team. Auburn obviously won the SEC and played for the national championship anyway

he was kicked off because he failed many drug tests and was involved with gun incidents. Please. That was a nice try.

How about the 12 players that were caught smoking the synthetic stuff, but that "wasnt policy" at Auburn. Do the Auburn coaches have some of that special stuff that makes people just up and quit? Oh, wait, Auburn players just realize that weed isn't for them and stop doing it. Right.

Snythetic marijuana was still legal by both state laws and NCAA.

However,at least four of the players were kicked off the team for other reasons before they played another game anyway. At least that is my understanding

It is not like Georgia players are kicked off for their first positive test anyway. How many positive test did JHC have? More than one. Baccari Rambo also had multiple incidents with pot if my memory is correct and he was never kicked off the team

Needs to be conference wide and ran and enforced by the conference, or Les and LSU might kill the next TM by looking the other way as jr fails 7 or 8 drug tests for deadly chemicals.

Yet Georgia has taken players that couldn't read or write before. Just a small part of the reason Georgia's moral superiority is a joke

Correct... UGA follows the rules in place when punishing the players. We have the most strict policy in the league and Reverend Richt follows those policies by the book.

You keep going back to this. The Jan Kemp scandal was 30 years ago.

lol. could you imagine this being implemented at UGA. They wouldn't be able to field a team.

Georgia also takes players that finish in the top 10 or 15 of the Fulmer Cup yearly and players that lead the conference in ejections over the targeting rule

I think we only had 2 ejections, and both of them were awful, awful calls. Was 2 the most of any team in the conference?

Should we have one? Yes. Will any of your goon programs ever agree to actually helping the young men in your program? Bret will win the biggest loser before this happens
