Thanks Mr. Jones for your consideration, and how you were so protective of these fine young men and their future. But what now will become of every other young man brought before the DA? Will they get that same consideration? Will it now be legal for every teenager to smoke weed and carry weapons? What crime is punishable now? What a joke this man has made of himself!

You seem to be much more invested in Bama football than I am.
Just sit back and laugh at the irrelevant bastards.

Meanwhile, in College Station, football players get arrested for profanity.

We tried to tell you all but you were convinced they were going to jail for years.

I see the charges being reinstated the week of the Bama-LSU game.

Glad the DA saw through this cops bullshite. No evidence that these boys did anything wrong. Sounds like this rogue cop was a damn sore loser.

I did just read the D.A. said "even if I could get DNA showing that he had touched it at some point in time, that does not mean that he obtained it," which shows he is, at the very least, a legal retard since DNA evidence would be f'n good evidence of "possession," i.e., a basis to charge under the statute just as much as "receiving" is.
So, you'd waste time and money to run a DNA analysis on a gran of pot in hopes of getting a misdemeanor charge?
No wonder Louisiana is broke.

Money will trump the judicial system in most cases.

Justice may be blind but that don't mean the bitch can't count.

82% were against dropping charges in the KNOE web poll tonight.

What is KNOE?
And seriously, any with a working brain knew these charges were going to be dropped either by deferred prosecutions or plea bargain.
The only surprise is it was dropped pretrial.
End result is the same.

Hey, dipshit, the D.A. was talking about hypothetical DNA from the gun under the seat, not from the bag of weed. Your "No wonder Louisiana is broke" zinger was hilarious, though.

Yeah like Nick Marshall who didn't get in trouble for pot in Georgia when any average citizen would have. They don't write pot tickets in Georgia but they did for Nick. Otherwise you go to jail and get charged with posession, so Auburn has no room to talk.
