Raw oysters freaked me out first time I ever had them. Wasn't expecting them to be so salty

My mom had never tried them grilled till my brother cooked a few 2 years ago. Now she tolerates them.

I just eat mine raw with no sauce, lemon, or cracker. That way I don't mask the flavor tornado that follows.

Yea, I keep them in the shell and just stir in a little hot sauce. Damn I can't wait to get back down to the beach.
