I think that kid will wipe away any residual tears over Tua.
and quickly.

My favorite pre Madonna is probably Pat Benatar. I guess they’re not that much alike but she definitely rocks.

We'll see - you never know, but everybody seems to agree he's special.
He won't have the dudes to throw the ball to that Tua had, though.

Putting rivalries aside, one thing I do know, and that is, Nick Saban is not overrated, not in any reasonable or objective measure. He most likely will go down as the best college-level head coach in history.

Definitely. We keep waiting for him to live up to his reputation and get some results

While I agree the decline is real, your thread is stupid.

Maybe as an actor. Don’t care for him but got to respect what he has done. Pretty remarkable.

What is Nick Saban doing other than recruiting at a top level? He doesn't coach offense and doesn't know how.
A high school coach literally won the SEC at bama (mike dubose). Most HS coaches could do it, but they aren't cut out being a car salesman and recruiting. That is a hard job, but saban has 40 people selling the cars for him

Damn - this is making me feel a lot better about the post-Saban era. Saban isn't even really that good a coach and he won 5 national titles in 13 years. We can definitely find a not that good coach when he moves on.
Frick yea, SEC FVCKKKKKKED

Keep whispering that to yourself when you are trying to go to sleep. Maybe it will help you get a good nights sleep, until he beats your arse again next fall.

If every last player was healthy, you still would have lost. Keep hanging on to your delusion though if it helps with your pain. Fact is, Bama hasn’t beat anyone with a pulse since 44-16 and everyone was healthy that game and they had a much better D line than this years team. Fact is Saban is a great recruiter and he had great assistants to strategize and win the games for him. His arrogance and ego ultimately is his undoing though because none of those great assistants stayed with him and got out as soon as they comfortably could. On top of that, they took the good coaches with them when they left. Funny Saban crying now about former assistants raiding all his good position coaches when the facts are they would still be there if they liked working for their boss. Roll Tide!!!

Yea, we really aren't.
Guess we will see tomorrow. I like LSU's already over bama's and we are pulling in some big surprises tomorrow.

How hard is it to win when you are 5 times better talent wise than everyone you play? It’s honestly not impressive

Who will be your qb next year?

So, I mean, you might.....but neither major recruiting service does. So again, at best you are recruiting equally.
In no way shape or form is LSU beating up on Alabama in recruiting. It just isn't reality, and it doesn't make any sense why some of you keep saying it over and over.

The Miami team that set the record for most first round draft picks in 2004 went 11-2 including losing to #18 Tennessee. Michigan had 11 NFL draft picks in 2016. That team lost three games including a loss to Iowa. OSU set the record for most draft picks by any school in a single draft with 14 in 2004. That team lost two games including a loss to #23 Wisconsin. In short you are a moron
