I am referring to the aTm fan base as a whole. They are always puffing their chest out and their only accomplishment is beating Bama at home. Maybe it's more directed to the Longhorn fan base

Geez. Have y'all never had a coach who speaks highly of each and every opponent? Most of the top coaches do exactly that in the week leading up to a game. It's just how these things are done. Don't read too much into it.

Yeah... he says this about every opponent. Literally all of his pregame speeches sound exactly the same. You could cut and paste this speech with the pregame from FAU and I bet they use some of the same phrases.

I also expect the score to be similar to when we played FAU.

Anything can happen on a given Saturday, there is no denying that (and Ole Miss is certainly in a better position to do it now than in previous years). However, trying to gain anything meaningful about how Saban views an opponent through coachspeak is not worthwhile.
