Uh...Rick Cleveland didn't say those things, the NFL scouts did, all he did was put those quotes into an article.
And at the very end of the article, the scouts agree that LSU's defense is comparable to Alabama's, just a little younger.

if we play poorly and deserve the loss... I doubt you'll see people freak out.
we know what we got and we don't want it to change. few teams play their A+ game every week.... losses happen. it doesn't make them fun to watch, but ultimately there won't be a meltdown unless we feel we're losing too many games when we have no business losing them.
it will take a lot to convince me I want change. I'll take my chances with our set up over anyone else's.
I can't wait to get our mitts on everyone this year!
