Newest Ole Miss tactic from the the leader Yancy Porter by Diamondawg
Photobucket should be a prohibited site on this board. Horrible!

When the hell did that happen I've been on mobile for years now. Don't even know what it's supposed to show.

and there are no child molestation charges which fall outside the regular jurisdiction of the NCAA's disciplinary oversight involved.

They need to get Myles Hartsfield reactivated so the sodomy charges can get this matter out of NCAA hands

In the last 10 cases in a court of law, NCAA is 0-10.

See Miami and Penn State.

They now treat cases as if a court of law will review the case.

Penn State really was never an NCAA issue. They felt compelled to act based on public outrage because they were silent when it all came out then they were publicly massicured by the media for involving themselves in criminal proceedings.

But I mean y'all used immunity and had boosters fricking NCAA investigators to ruin Sherrill's career so I'm sure y'all are well versed on how easy it is to manipulate the NCAA. They are just coming after y'all this time and it making the collective bunch of y'all lose your shite.

Surely there's a poster or two that know how this shite works and they'd try to set him straight rather than allow him to look like an idiot?

None of them don they are so starved for
Positive breaks in this that they will believe anything he tells them. I was thinking 24/7 would run him off now that actual professionals run Scout.

We all know how litigious OM fans are. Their first inclination is always to sue someone.

So how long until some rebear puts 2+2 together and gets a lawsuit together to sue Chuck and Yancy for purposely misleading the masses and publishing info that they knew was false for the sole purpose of misleading their subscribers?

Some 1y could win the case by just printing their posts vs actual facts from the day.

But what could you seek in damages? Could you argue that you bought season tickets under the premise that all was well in Oxford because Chuck and Yancy insisted that it was so?

ETA: throw Spirit Ben in the suit as well. He's as big a propaganda whore as Yancy, just smarter.

I'd leave David Johnson out because he's obviously touched in the head

I understand that these guys have to put out information that attracts their subscribers, they have to feed them something. But when the information is just down right illogical and false then smarter/cooler heads should prevail and at minimum challenge their claims.

The Ole Miss Administration is up shite creek along with a sizable group of coaches and probably the athletic director. How can Bjork survive when 20% of his programs are on probation and serving sanctions with LOIC?

They get challenged. I've asked questions on their Scout/CBS site.

ANY question or statement that isn't in lockstep with the propaganda that Chuck is spewing gets erased within 5 minutes. When people look at their site and wonder how all the fans could be so delusional, it's because dissention is not permitted.

SpiritChuck is a twisted MFer

Did you get this info from the same source that told you LL wasn't allowed to practice? Then when you figured out he's been practicing full speed, you posted on OM board that "yes he seems to be practicing but they plan on holding him out of games till he testifies and he is on lockdown from the media and tweeting."
Right before he did interview with media and was listed as starter by DC and then tweeted a bunch.

Chuck and Yancy had the flock all worked into a lather dreaming about the Great Charlie Merkel riding in and saving their asses from the heathens at MSU and the NCAA.

Charlie Merkel was not to be f'd with and he would get retribution, dammit!!
