Christ you guys will talk shite about anything. As mentioned before all the ramps are painted with individual accomplishments and above those are big signs of retired #s here. God forbid after 100+ years of football we honor our winningest team. Yes we got it we don't have a lot of history. Does that make you feel better about the last 2 seasons vs the Cocks Dawg fans?
Its a way of honoring the few bright spots in our history. Before this season it was Joe Morrison with 10 but now you decide to talk crap about 11?
And yes under Spurrier a lot of names will go up there, his, S.Rice is up there, K. Mckinnely is up there, though I think Jeffery has since passed a couple of their records so he's up there, Eric Norwood is up there and Lattimore will be up there soon enough.

What's the matter with you people? Don't most of your stadiums have a ring of honor or something similar?
Nope. Just flags for national titles. Even Ole Miss waited to put up something for an actual championship, albeit a divisional title.

I really don't have a problem with this. I think it's pretty cool how they do that.

Y'all are either clueless, deliberately dense or you've never been to the Brice. First off, it's not a banner. It's painted on the ramp. All The important individual season and career records are painted on the ramps: receptions; passingvyards; rushing yards; touchdowns; sacks, etc.

Not for stupid moral things like that. National titles, SEC titles, Heisman winners for Ben Hill Griffin Stadium.

Clemson? Our winning streak against them is longer than the one against Georgia.

Great post man. I assume this is the first 11 win season of each club.

I like it. Just more reason for Spurrier to be proud of the job he is doing and more reasons for him to continue to stay. Not too many people have noticed but the head ball coach is loving life right now in Columbia.
