No statement from him about the night other than his initial testimony. No statements about him from the family. The fact that he’s the father has barely been reported. Didn’t show up to court. Seemingly on the run
It’s weird that the people that say they care SO much about the kid aren’t asking any questions nor giving the guy a lick of scrutiny

The capital murder charges are based on one statement given by one person to one UAPD officer. Once this goes to trial and it’s shown that the black Jeep circled the block looking for them, pulled up behind them, and shot first, the narrative starts to look different. Not to mention the fact that the statement the original person gave isn’t backed up by the only other witness in the black jeep.

Not sure your point. I’ve said for weeks that Davis should be put under the jail. From what we know at this point, Miles’ defenses are pretty weak too
