a) If the people know each other, and the LSU fan rubs his balls on the Alabama fan and vice versa whenever they get drunk, it's a different scenario altogether. Then it's indecent exposure, or whatever.
b) if they are complete strangers, and/or if the guy feels like he was violated, which most people would feel, it's absolutely NOT alright, and if the guy wants to press charges, he absolutely should.
This keeps getting posted. Did you not watch the video? At the beginning, he says "Get his wallet out of his pants so we can put his name on the internet" or something similar. Does this still leave any doubt as to their relationship?

I would have been pissed at the guy that stuck his fingers in my nose and ear. Me and him would have had words.
I believe it was the same guy who did the T Bagging.

I rest my case about you being nothing but ignorant trash with yet another shining example of your intelligence. You are an embarrassment not only to all Hog Fans but to decent people in general.

Why weren't there any LSU fans around? I'm guessing this was after the game. Basically they fricked with this guy and cheered balls being put on his face because of the color of his shirt. People are assholes.

what a bunch of trash, I'd be embarrassed as hell if this was an Arkansas fan.
You embarrass easily. Most people have too much going on to feel embarrassment over the drunken antics of some guy that they have nothing to do with. The guy embarrassed himself, not me.
I don't agree with it, but there's far worse injustices in the world to worry about. And calling it sexual assault might be technically correct, but it's overstating the case. I think that's the reason for a lot of the responses 'defending' him. I think a lot of people are just objecting to trumping it up. What would you like to see happen? Should we spend tax dollars locking him up him up? Should his life be ruined because he has to register as a sexual offender for the rest of his life? Those are the consequences for sexual assault. Do his actions merit that? You might think so, I don't.

This thread needs to continue to be bumped if the mods don't anchor it until the Bama fan is identified.
Are the other Bama fans considered accessories to the crime?

If convicted, he would also have to register as a sex offender if I am not mistaken.
I know the statute requires wearing an electronic monitoring device for the remainder of his life.
Clearly, people take sexual offenses seriously, unlike StoneHog.

So I guess the LSU lady that jumped my wife for no reason after the game represents your whole fan base? You an idiot bro.

here's the thing. both guys in the video should be prosecuted- one for assault and one for public intox. but would LSDUpimp be on this kick if this was a random video? Or, if the roles were reversed? No, and it sorta makes him as pathetic as the guys in the video. he's looking to act like some sort of righteous avenger just b/c one was wearing LSU gear and the other was wearing Bama gear. PATHETIC!
I have NO CLUE how you arrived at that.
I think he should pay THE PRICE for his actions.
Why does that offend you so ?
Why is the impulse so strong to shoot the messenger ?
I am on par with somebody who SEXUALLY ASSAULTS someone for posting a link to the crime and editorializing that he should be brought to justice ?
What does that say about YOUR character ?
It sure as hell says you have some critical thinking deficiencies....

I've just seen enough cases like this to know that what appears on video can have a myriad of different circumstances contributing to the end result, and until you get all of the facts, it's best to entertain all scenarios and possibilities.

Somehow I think your feelings would be much different had this been an Auburn fan doing this.

He will also be forced to tell everyone in his neighborhood that he is a sex offender.

Guy, if every case of tea bagging were treated as sexual assault our prisons would be far more crowded. This is a non issue and the fact that unrelated people are calling for this guy to be prosecuted is laughable.

Since the video is still up with male genitalia showing, does this mean nudity is now allowed on td for avi's and such?
Posted on 1/15/12 at 12:52 pm to MSCoastTigerGirl
Both parties in this are just irresponsible...but I want to know why all of the people around this guy thought it was funny and NOBODY step in?!?
It's what's wrong with this world now......I'd be pissed if this were the other way around too.
I was hoping the dude would come to and just start swinging on that retard.
Also....not that I agree with it....Krystal's in going to get sued on this too. Where was management?

I think you should make the punishment fit the crime. In this case, the guy should have his testicles removed. This would also have the additional benefit of making sure morons like this never procreate.

The guy shouldn't have done it but people wanting him locked away are being overly dramatic imho. You can't teabag in New Orleans?
