It's one thing to do this to a good friend in the frat house but completely different to do to a complete stranger in public. In no way is it acceptable, not sure how old you are but I'm not that far removed from college to realize this crossed the line and at the very least the teabagger should've gotten his arse beat.

This act constitutes sexual battery in LA.
The unsavory gentleman could go to jail up to ten years, but would mostly likely get fined with community service.
This act shouldn't be condoned, but condemned, to prevent a precedent of indifference toward unwanted sexual offenses. Simple.

here's the thing. both guys in the video should be prosecuted- one for assault and one for public intox. but would LSDUpimp be on this kick if this was a random video? Or, if the roles were reversed? No, and it sorta makes him as pathetic as the guys in the video. he's looking to act like some sort of righteous avenger just b/c one was wearing LSU gear and the other was wearing Bama gear. PATHETIC!

I just don't think it's that big of a deal. I would have been pissed at the guy that stuck his fingers in my nose and ear. Me and him would have had words. Then again I'd never pass out drunk on Bourbon. Balls on the back of my head is not enough for me to get in a physical altercation over it. Payback is what would be coming for him.

I'm not blaming his friends for ditching him there because he may have just told them he was going in to get something and be right back out. Hell, for all I know his friends may have been just outside and unaware of the assault going on.
And I don't put the onus of stopping this assault on LSU Fans, Crystal's Management or anybody else. ANY decent person would have intervened even at the risk of their own well-being.
