Yeah, and his name was pulled out of the portal when he enrolled and started classes at Clemson.

Where did the buyout come from then? You know, the one Pete texted him about.
Also, a player is no longer “in the portal” when they remove themselves. Like he did when he signed with Clemson.
So, like I said, literally everything you’re trying to claim is incorrect.

If a student/player was already attending classes it is an automatic breach of contract.
NIL is only a supplement to the basic compensation of receiving a scholarship.
Scholarships are the foundational components of all of these contracts.

So he didn’t sign a rev share deal. He got one part of his port accurate.
It’s still amusing he thinks Ole Miss can openly contact the kid after he removed his name from the portal, just because he had been in the portal. That’s not how it works.
ETA: The rev share deal is irrelevant to the tampering allegations. It’s a separate matter entirely.

Again, irrelevant to tampering. The scholarship papers, which you say were signed, and the fact he’d been removed from the portal is all that matters.
