There is no teaching what he can do. He’s just a score first 1. There is no way he can defend two’s at the next level. He’s a point guard.

Again, true freshman lol. You don’t just flip the switch and become a consistently effective 1 when it’s not your primary position in one season.

He’s been blessed to play in an offense as forward heavy as ours to bring him along at a proper pace.

Not sure if FL winning the SECT was a good thing for them. They just looked drained physically and mentally when starting games and have to keep mustering up enough effort in the 2nd half to not lose. That will catch up with them on Saturday if they’re not ready to go. Probably good that they get the extra day of rest this time vs AU getting it this weekend.

Florida played 2 top 10 Ken Pom teams back to back in the Sweet 16 and Elite 8.

And they played B2B defending champs last Sunday coached by the best coach in the country at the moment.

Plus, none of the players have really been in this position, except for Martin.

The front court is full of young guys. I think theres a bit of nerves and pressure on them - the Condon ankle injury is something to monitor.

Florida has had quite the road to the Final 4 - They've now beaten 6 top 10 KenPom teams in March alone lol

If you say so. Your offense is a lot more fluid running through him rather than Denver being passive and letting Broome ball hog. I’ve watched you guys a lot, you’re at your best when Pettiford is running the offense and scoring.

Agreed. They’ve looked human, but they’ve looked human against pretty insane competition and managed to overcome it.

Go watch the first half against Michigan and get back to me lol.

He flipped the switch in the second but he had kind of a tough one in the first.

lol…Chuck has turned the entire rest of the panel into huge MSU fans. They were grasping at straws trying to keep people thinking a come back is possible.

I think he obviously provides a higher ceiling, but also a lower floor when it gets too fast

I’ll always think it’s impossible for a truly impartial observer to hate Sir Charles. Guy is a gem and one of the nicest guys you’ll ever meet IRL.

I watched the entire game everyone was sputtering in the first. It wasn’t until Pett very audibly told Broome to pound sand and drilled a dagger in Donaldson’s face that you took off.

Pett had a bad half himself running the O, my guy, including a couple of really out of character TOs.

That’s a fine mentality for the regular season and it worked. If you want to beat UF it’s time to unleash him. He’s your best player and it’s obvious. Let him go.

Denver quietly matched him in scoring in the UM game and distributed better.

Lol okay hard headed one. I’m just telling you what I see from someone who isn’t so close and doesn’t have an internal bias towards Bruce and his decisions.

Broome is what kept us in it long enough to go off and close it out.

No. We weren’t. But you obviously prefer the high ceiling, low floor approach like Randy said when the steady hand has its own value that you’re missing.

He’s fun, but you can tell the other guys like to rib him and try to subtly push his buttons.
