Do you deny that you are an ATPB'er?

Is everything on schedule as far as where this thread is going and who we think the Yahoo story is about? Just the title of this entire thread being close to raging (the Plains burning) or something else? Is the "bombshell" the proof/evidence we've all been speculating about and waiting for?

Does that look like a comment of someone who is just casually tuned into that thread? Does that look like a statement of a guy who isn't invested in the outcome? Do you really want to pretend you are not one of them, yet lean on BTT and the mutt for your information to flame with?

GT that comment alone looks like you are ready to bust a nut without fapping based on the answer they give you.

Don't be a phoney and at least embrace those you follow in the cellar thread. You show BTT and the others disrespect by trying to distance yourself from them. It actually says you think they are delusional as well. Good day sir

Maybe. I heard it as Emmeret signaling that we don't have the information DS is claiming we have, so it would be interesting to speak with him about it. However, maybe he didn't want to answer it directly or maybe he was saying, I want to talk to DS to find out who is leaking info from my organization

That makes sense to and your interpertation could be right. I bet we never find out who's right. In a DS voice I give it 4.5 to 2.16 odds

I'm sorry but this Emmerit guy just seems like a whimp, and having to meet with him would not put the fear of God into anyone. With all of these investigations out there, has the NCAA really come down hard on anyone? Can't say anything about USC because that decision was made before he took over,or right after and he was just relaying someone else's decision. He is truly making the NCAA a laughing stock, and pretty soon every school will do what they want and take their chances, because as long as he's in there it will take years before anything is done, and everyone involved will be long gone by then. It will really be interesting to see what they do to Ohio State and Miami.

In all due respect the NCAA has long been considered a joke for poor performance. Not just the obvious of what is happening today, but the many kids they hurt due to the clearing house process. Alfy Hill comes to mind on this and I am sure not the only one.

Alfy had enrolled and taking classes at Bama and they took too long to process and say 1-2 classes are questionable. Yet all Alfy did was do the courses accepted by his high school and school district.

The NCAA has been laughed at for a while Emmert is only perpetuating it. Difference is he is first pres to spend so much time speaking to the press.

I guess I just want to see the NCAA as a tough but fair ruling organization. I'd like to see something set up that is standard for everyone.
If you do this your pentalty is this and it's the same for everyone that does this. If you buy players, you lose x amount of scholarships, you forfeit those games he played in, whatever as long it's the same for everyone. Why does it take so long? The USC situation took so long because they said they couldn't force Reggie Bush to testify. They could have if they had gotten to him before he left school, when they first knew of what was going on there. They have enough people on the payroll and enough money to get things done, if they would just do it.

I think this is similar to the ideas that Emmert has been proposing for change. Get rid of a bunch of the BS secondary penalties, focus on rules that stop the behavior the NCAA really cares about and impose harsher penalties against the people who are at fault (coaches, players, etc.).

What I find most interesting about Sheridan is the fact that the timing of the "bagman" claim broke about the same time as Charles Robinson's first leak that he had a huge story going to rock college football.

I have not seen anyone post this but one has to think that this oddsmaker hedged his bet. He figured he would make this comment and wait and let Robinson's story break. He would then come back on College Football TMZ (aka Finebaum) and say he knew all along. Whoops!

This guy is trash... always has been and always will be. He is not a journalist(with this being a very vague term these days anyway) and simply trying to build some brand awareness for himself.

What is that I hear? Oh, it is problems with your university and not Auburn's.
