They never denied what he said was not true. There could be several NCAA people with that knowledge, if true. By Sheridan not telling who, his claims are unsubstantiated, as far as they are concerned. This doesn't mean they aren't true. Nor does it mean they are. They didn't address that part of the issue either way.
