Damn good fishing right there. I've gotta work again this weekend. I'm ready to get on the damn water.
The herring should spawn here next week when the full moon is around on Tuesday. It is one of the best weeks of the year. They will be eating like crazy... We have some very big spotted bass in this pond. Most of them will show themselves next week.

What is the reason for your preference on spotted over largemouth?

Largemouth make his "bait" look small...

There's no evidence money ever changed hands.
wink wink.
The only reason AU didn't get slammered, is because the NCAA lacks the testicular fortitude to go after a National Title contender.

Largemouth are fun. Spots fight harder and funner. Smallmouth are best.

Gotcha. My grandparents lived on Blue Cypress Lake in Florida and I would always go down there for the summer when I was a kid and fish. Never heard of spotted until LanierSpots started posting. I had always just thought it was either large or small mouth.

I guess you could kind of say that as there is more room for bigger boats. I find it more of an influx of dumbasses. Reminds me of lobster mini season in the keys. Got to be careful your boat doesn't get hit or you don't get ran over while in the water. I have to watch my dog ultra close as he has almost been hit a few times.

You have such evidence or know of any?

So using your logic. Simply asking for a improper benefit should make you ineligible.
So what about Julio Jones and Mark Ingram who actually RECEIVED improper benefits, they should've been ruled ineligible, right?

Once you get on a lake with alot of spots, you'll want to catch them more than a largemouth. Unless in a tourney, sometimes.
When catching...
1# spot feels like a 2# Largemouth
1# smallmouth feels like a 3# Largemouth

Spotted Bass are just pure bad arse. No other way to say it. We have the best spotted bass fishery in the world right here. It is very exciting fishing if you know how to chase them out on off shore structure... Lots of fast moving baits and big explosions.
Not like boring largemouth fishing.

don't forget the stripe... that's a whole different fight though.

I guess you missed where the NCAA ruled them ineligible while conducting an investigation and then made them pay it back after it was discovered they received benefits they shouldn't have. Also, asking for $180K is a little different than a fishing trip with someone that was supposedly known by one of the players for awhile.

Lake Jordan is pretty badass in it's own right. 20# sack almost every tourney is what it takes to win and very often, more.
