Cannot believe they didn’t send the girl from 2nd on the initial base hit.

Would like to think so. But I saw that apparently Liberty got through game 1 using only 2 pitchers. So who knows how much the pitching depth plays into it.
Both schools had pitchers throw 90 plus pitches in game 1. That’s nuts.

Liberty pitching depth and A&M pitching depth has to be vastly different. Liberty probably got to where they were this season on the backs of two pitchers. Maybe a third sparingly.
