She's probably the best I've seen. Even so, the pitchers that year were Bahl, May, Storako and Deal. Geurin was redshirting.
Jordy was a huge factor, especially in the WCWS, but the rest of them all played essential parts in that team's title and 61-1 record. Even Deal as a freshman had some big moments. I don't know that we'll ever see a staff like that again.
Kinda crazy to think that only two OU players remain from that 2023 team, Sanders and Deal.

Agreed, but I was speaking more about the WCWS that year.

That was NOT a fair ball, as reviewed by replay. If you look closely it hit the ground a 2nd time just before the 1st baseman snagged it. And it clearly hit the ground FOUL on the 2nd bounce. Nobody in the booth caught it, nor did replay. What a joke. Georgia was hosed.. although I'm for Florida in this one.
