It is going to be interesting to watch a team down by ten points with the ball and 4 minutes left just standing at the line waiting for the play clock to hit 29 seconds to get a play off. Should really improve the game.

I get it. You want to keep an advantage.

Link? Auburn plans much of their defensive substitutions. We had no real problem subbing our players, even against teams like Wash St. Its not difficult.

Or play the game how it's been played for years

You seem desperate for the advantage here.

We rotated 10 defensive linemen throughout games the whole season.

Didn't seem to be an issue.

Why does a HUNH O need to have the extra advantage? They already know the play.

Why does Alabama get the best players? We should eliminate five stars

There is a good chance they will be trying to fight from behind in a good many of their games, so I don't doubt they will see this rule change hurt them more than help them.

No they can't. A player can't come off the sideline, get the defensive call and line up before the center snaps the ball. You and I both know that.

What if a defender jumps offside between 40 and 29 seconds. Can the offense not snap the ball if the player is offsides. Who gets the penalty then?

So basically a defender can run all around the offensive backfield all they want from 29 to 40 seconds and the offense can't snap the ball.

So eliminate plays. Why are you in favor of giving offenses unfair advantages?
