When only half the population is vaccinated, it provides a short term protection to the vaccinated but poses a longterm threat to see vaccine resistant strains develop.

So as long as the rest of the world isn’t vaccinated, it doesn’t help.

CDC DATA :

Total U.S. DEATHS ( ALL CAUSES ) :

2014: 2,626,418

2015: 2,712,630 : Increase - 86,212 - 3.28%

2016 : 2,744,248 : Increase - 31,618 - 1.16%

2017 : 2,813,503 : Increase - 69,255 - 2.52%

2018 : 2,839,206 : Increase - 25,703 - 1%

2019: 2,855,000 : Increase - 15,794- 0.55%

2020: 2,913,144 : Increase - 58,144 - 2%

During January–December 2020, the estimated 2020 age-adjusted death rate increased for the first time since 2017, with an increase of 15.9% compared with 2019, from 715.2 to 828.7 deaths per 100,000 population. COVID-19 was the underlying or a contributing cause of 377,883 deaths (91.5 deaths per 100,000). COVID-19 death rates were highest among males, older adults, and AI/AN and Hispanic persons. The highest numbers of overall deaths and COVID-19 deaths occurred during April and December. COVID-19 was the third leading underlying cause of death in 2020, replacing suicide as one of the top 10 leading causes of death

This will provide the data a bit more context. It should also be noted the biggest surge in deaths occurred Jan-March 2021. So we will see another spike again next year. Which goes back to the false statement you made originally? I also realize someone that doesn't care about an increase in dead people really doesn't care about dead people in other places, but the mortality rate in the US is far lower than all other places. At the end of the day it's still killing a ton of people that wouldn't have otherwise died.

The reduction in average age of life also reminds us this isn't just an old person issue. With Delta skewing even younger that number will reduce again 2021 for the 1st time in recorded history 2 years straight. #NothingToSeeHere

Those who are unvaccinated will be expected to undergo testing within three to five days of arrival on campus. Additionally, unvaccinated individuals will also need to take part in weekly PCR/NAAT testing or antigen testing three times a week.

Translation: get the vaccine or we will make your life hell.
Adding up vaccinated plus naturally gained immunity, we should be at herd immunity. That is, if the booster (vaccine) works.

Sorry - it will never be illegal to have an abortion again - it’s been like what? 50+ years and counting?

Even republican politicians don’t push for it anymore. They just put it in their platform to get gullible people like yourself to vote for them.

None of this determines right and wrong, nor does it justify the murder.

I think attitudes could change in the future. Mine did. It's not a hot button political topic for me, but I find the logic behind it to be just plain out gross.

And now liberals are taking it a step even further. Now it's "my body my choice" when it comes to killing that "clump of cells". But when it comes to a vaccine, suddenly it's no longer "my body my choice".

How can you be so fricking ignorant?

mine too. The minute I saw and heard my daughter's heart beating at our 8 week ultrasound, my opinion on abortions definitely changed.

Why are people who are vaccinated worried about the unvaccinated?

I'm not. Alabama has one of the lowest vaccinated rates in the country, but I don't care. I'm going to games in BDS, and if 30,000 of those fans at the game are sick with covid the next week because they caught it at the game, I don't give a shite.

Exactly.
