yeah I know but their shitty Bama cheats threads are just too hypocritical considering the whining he did about that damn ATPB thread that finally died so I figured I would take a fair shot across the bow even if it doesnt reek of smack.

I do not exactly accuse bama of cheating for oversigning. I just point out what is going on. I do not even see how it is even questioned. Everything is pretty well documented over at oversigning.

It is not exactly hearsay. Saban oversigns. He cuts players. He gives out medicals and greyshirts due to oversigning. He then lies and tries to cover it up (VERY unsuccessfully, in fact his lies and cover ups are a massive failure so far).
None of it is illegal or against the rules; nearly everyone does it including many SEC teams and that is just speculation on your part you have no idea if he tells players or not that there is the possibility of a grey shirt. Last but not least why the hell Daryl Collins was ever offered a scholarship from an SEC football program is beyond me. Seems to be a great kid and considering he was looking at Duke he has to be very intelligent but he just doesnt look like SEC material to me. Then again maybe I am wrong about him.

Cmon...
Saban said he never ever signs a kid he is going to greyshirt without the kid knowing before committing. Tell me why he did not greyshirt the two players last year until July 31st, the day before the 85 limit. How do you reconcile his statement and actions without assuming he is lying?

TIM is deflecting again.
This is a very sad time for Aubren and they have no truth to tell on the NCAA investigation so...........they deflect.
Sad. So sad.

I'm a Bama fan. I've seen it enough times to know.

No, they're even looking at mortgages, car titles and business organization filings. I've never seen anything like it on a sports message board.

Coach Saban doesn't tell me how to do my job, so I won't tell him how to do his. He doesn't have to tell any of us fans why and when he greyshirted someone, and certainly not an Auburn fan.

True...and in due form because of the Freedom of Information Act coupled with the fact that Bama is a public university, the press or anyone else can ask for information on signing and scholarships.

I said it last night in another thread. If the press has a hard-on to get the numbers...FoIA that shite. Just don't be surprised if some things are redacted.

They arent. To them it is not worth the hassle. If you really wantto get numbers out...get some Arky fans on it. They can get any information.

As somehow who can't deny the awesomeness of the ATPB thread, it has kinda morphed into more of a look into crooked state politics in Alabama than crooked goings on at Auburn or the Auburn athletic department. Trying to dig for nuggets that have anything to do with Auburn athletics has become too tedious the last few hundred pages or so. I'm as fascinated as anyone by a good scandal but that thread has too much irrelevant info to dig through.
