UCLA - Wooden had one of the most corrupt programs of all time
UNC - Smith started a cheating scandal that lasted a generation
USC - Clearly the poster child for "loss of institutional control" but got off with much less
Penn State - Got the initial hammer but overturned and back in business in a few years
Cursed
SMU - CJK5H (allegedly) and never recovers
IU - Busted for texting and still has not fully recovered
MU - Self reports but gets harsh penalties

We were crucified for McDonald's hamburgers and assistant coach bonuses in the 80s. Motherfricking TV ban? You kidding me with that shite? Vols led the charge to have the SEC pile on too, exposing their justified fear of what was around the corner.

89 was the most BS. An accusation that Galen Hall paid child support with no proof whatsoever cost us an SEC title and Sugar Bowl appearance in 90. It did lead to Spurrier getting hired though.

You do know they were cheating in all sports, not just football

They have a lengthy list of blatantly ineligible (academically, amateur status, etc) players that have helped them win a lot of games.
Plus, they've infiltrated the inside of the NCAA Infractions Committee. (Good post on Tigerboard about it LINK)
kU is easily a top-3 "Blessed" school by the NCAA

They may be blessed but I always put them in the NCAA would throw them under the bus to advance the ACC or west coast.
