Yeah, the contact was legit and incidental on both sides but Wimmer definitely oversold it and that probably didn’t help his cause.

I think he was tagged out at second because he thought he was given a free base. Apparently he wasn't.
If he would have just kept running and not try to sell the interference, he would've gotten to second easily.

Kingston needs to have a short hook on Hicks this inning. He is approaching his third time through this Gator order. My hunch is Kingston will leave him in to long whether it's this inning or the next. He usually does. Let's see.

Not gonna lie. It’d be pretty fun if things happened to work out, and we got a Sproat/Skenes matchup in a championship series. Kind of a shame they didn’t get to go at it this year on a Friday night in the SEC.
