I think what started this today was Fischer (1st inning I think) cleanly fielded a ground ball and then trotted over to 1st base but instead of tagging the base he stopped short and said something to the base runner and then touched 1st when the runner was a step or two away.
He antagonized the base runner while running his mouth and everyone in the dugout saw it.
