Officially, the NCAA says this about schools and NIL:
If you're going to call someone a "Dumbass" try not to be the textbook definition of one while doing so.

They have absolutely no idea what they're talking about and seem to have less knowledge with every post.

I'm a booster, and I can provide anything I want to a recruit.
No, I meant the rule where a collective CAN provide transport for anyone, anytime, anywhere.
