I’m going to give you guys some breaking news….
Nate Oats, or any other coach in the world, don’t give 2 shits about their athletes education, degrees, etc.
They are there to win ball games. They don’t get extensions and new contracts for high GPA, they get them from wins.

i hope he is successful in getting it done to. I hope we start doing this is football and baseball. I want Alabama to drag Mike Johnson’s fat arse back out there so we can have real guard play again. I hope Andrew Whitworth has eligibility. I hope everyone follows suit so we can blow this shite up and get some real rules and governance in this sport. If every college just says Fri k the ncaaa and does what they want maybe the powers that be will say hold on let’s get some guideline in place to correct our piss poor leadership and we can get back some semblance of balance. I want changes from salary cap to eligibility rules in play, to fixing the schedule so teams still playing aren’t screwed by the transfer portal and everything else that’s broken with college athletics.

Pat Forde thinks men can call themselves women and play women sports. But I do think Nate Oats is scum who can really coach. And I do think this is just another example of how we have lost our way in sports…below the pro ranks.
