Where did you see that Miller told Miles that the gun was loaded?

This is how AL.com framed it:

When Miller got to the scene, Miles told Davis, “The heat is in the hat.” Det. Branden Culpepper said that meant a gun was present.

Miles added, “There’s one in the head.” That, Culpepper said, meant a round was in the chamber.

He blocked the victim's Jeep in from being able to leave.

The article said the Jeep drove off right after the shooting to find a police officer.

Probably because the cars blocking it sped off

Or do most shooters in these situations hang around the scene

It’s accessory to murder. Local DA has gone FSU when they were covering up Jamis Winston’s shenanigans. He not only brought the gun and loaded it he also blocked the road so they couldn’t escape. This is really bad and I understand that another player also may have been present.

A woman’s dead and as usual if a title is in jeopardy nuthin happened here! This isn’t someone gave money but straight up murder.

Any Alabama fan trying to spin this crap is a brain dead moron. Nate Oats knew this and was trying to get his extension. Should be fired for cause immediately. Bailey should be off the team immediately.

Anyone on here trying to spin this is pathetic! The optics of this is so bad and that’s why the National media is all over it.

Weird how they seem to REALLY want black people to be able to own firearms within the statutes of Alabama law.

Very telling how many people here back that interpretation.

The state of Alabama saw it didn't work with drivers licenses, then why would it work with guns?

Saban sets the culture at Alabama.

Oates was just doing what he thought Saban would.

I wonder how these Bama fans would react if their daughters friend called someone to bring them a loaded gun at 1am and the dude shot her.

I wonder how different your comments would be if it was OM player? Fans are a funny bunch in defending their people's actions while vilifying the players/coaches/fans of other schools.

It depends on whether or not Bama had a shot at the title riding on it.

This is the beginning. Going to get worse.

First of all, he didn't SUPPLY a weapon. He returned a gun to it's rightful owner, who asked for it. Did Miles testify that he TOLD Miller what he was going to use the gun for?
