Let's take a look at the amount of carries Felix Jones had when he averaged 8.7 ypc and how many carries Bo had when he averaged his best 7.7 ypc then.

Other RB's on Au's 83 team:

Lionel James gained 761-yards on 6.1 yards per rush, followed by fullback, Tommy Agee with 604-yards on 5.2 yards per carry.

I mean, cmon.. the FB averaged over 5 ypc. Bo was a great back, top ten and probably the best overall athlete, as I've said. But he had the benefit of a GREAT line for one year and accomplished no more than alot of other backs have his other three years.

That's pretty good. He didn't didn't make it into the endzone too much.

Ok. Endzone argument. Bo didn't as much as Ingram, or McFadden, or Walker. That puts him at least 4th on that criteria for you. I'm sure there have been a few other backs with more TD's too.

I know your looking for an argument but I could care less what you say about Bo. Hell I was even alive then.
BTW what web site do you get those stats from. It looks like a good one.

In alot of Aubie's eyes, that will always be. Even though it's not actually the case. As I said and continue to, just because you say it, doesn't make it so. And as I also said, it's a matter of time before the, oh, you can't go by stats argument starts to come out.

Excluding Bo Jackson's injured year, his averages were:

188 attempts, 1276 yards, 13 TDs

Then adding that average in place of that year, his 4 year total healthy could/would have been:

751 attempts, 5114 yards, 51 TDs (6.8 YPC)

Doing the same for Ingram, his healthy average from his 1st 2 years was:

215 attempts, 1267 yards, 15 TDs

Then if I take out his injured year and place this average in PLUS adding it again for his Senior season, it would have been:

859 attempts, 5067, 60 TDs (5.9 YPC)

Those 2 were so damn good. I wish DMAC played for a good NFL team. Or I really wish the raiders were better.
