I think at the minimum Garrett is suspended multiple games - maybe longer
Same goes for the Steelers OL that went tricking nuts after the fact
Hefty fine or suspension for #65, who blindsided the QB after the incident

Let's not say there can never be NO justification for that. What if someone stomped on your testicles? What if a player intentionally bit your nose off in the pile? What if a player cracked your arm bone open over his leg?
I mean, there are justifications for hitting someone with a helmet.
