He only weighed 170 lbs and even as a sophomore he wasn't big enough to take hits from SEC defenses. So, Orgeron went and got Burrow. Brennan still struggled to put on weight. He was eating 6 meals a day and even waking up in the middle of the night to eat ice cream. He's now listed at 219. He always had the skill, just not the physical maturity.

You do Realize that was two years ago? Burrow was here for two years .brennan wasn't near the size joe was .he almost beat him out as a younger player

I honestly didn’t realize he was in their class. Even Bo Nix has more experience than Brennan and he’s 2 classes behind him.

And we won 10 games. This year's team is more talented than 2018 with a better offensive system. Light years ahead of 2018.
Burrow also showed up during the summer. Brennan has been here for 3 full years and it's his second year in this offense.
