You have it wrong NATide fan. Most fans of other teams in the SEC don't hate Alabama specific. They hate the delusional fans who think they are entitled because of cheating one man did decades ago.
You are entitled to nothing now, your team has to go out and earn it. Alabama has lived in the shadow of many teams in the country over the last few decades, yet listening to your fans, you'd think otherwise.
Alabama fans are notorious for spewing whatever drivel they can to play up Bama whatever way they can even if in that process they condradict themselves, state false facts, or are generally close minded and blindly biased. THAT is why Alabama is talked about and hated so much.
The college landscape has changed and there is more parity now than ever. I wish your team the best, but I stand by my statement that your fans are absolutely ridiculous.

You compare yourselves to the most dominant teams of the 90's and 00's while having won jack and shite in anyone's recent memories. The kids who are being recruited to play college football today weren't even born the last time Alabama was worth a shite.

We're 2 days away from having an idea of what we have on the field this year. I guess that means we will have to go by most recent head to head. BAMA 27

This statement always gets me. Like BAMA was the only school that had unlimited scholorships. If anything it tells the power and appeal BAMA had during this time. During the day of unlimited schollys players would rather go to BAMA and sit the bench for 4 years than go start on another team. The unlimited scholly argument just doesnt hold up.

a better analogy. I get the sense from reading your posts that you are an older member of the SEC Rant who probably understands traditions, histories and politics of SEC football better than younger fans. Tuck had a good post that was accurate in my opinion.
More people bring up "BAMA living in the past" than actual BAMA fans who "bring up the past".
