I don't blame the players for playing one year and going to the NBA. The NBA forces them to play in an amuture league for evaluation processes and then pays them huge somes of money when they come to the NBA. If I could go to college one year and then make millions I would.

That is my guess too. I dont think they are willing to go to a program that is drained of upperclassmen.

I dont blame them either. Thats the rule. And I dont blame Cal for working with it either. He didnt make the rules. He's not even bending them in this case.

This is what I'm assuming as well.
Just gives me another year to wear my #8 swag I guess. Harrow, Wiltjer, and etc return for 13-14 with a potentially top class with who we're in on and we'll be right back in it IMO.

Transferred in from NC State during the coaching change I believe. He's looked good with the team in practice, runs the squad well and works well with Cal. He'll be a solid PG IMO.
Missing on both of these guys sets us up to possibly pick up Oriakni from UConn due to available PT. Not a bad problem to have combined with what we already have coming in.

Oriakhi is very overrated. Was worked over in the post every time I saw him play this year, including in Knoxville.
He's a foul machine and very, very limited offensively.

I think he'd do well in a year under Cal. Especially defensively. If anything, Cal teaches you how to play D without fouling. Not saying he'd end up being Anthony Davis 2.0 or anything remotely close but a polished player with tournament experience can come on down.
