You aren't wealthy. You've already lost the argument no matter how many times you repeat your narrative. You're posers who issued $353 Million in 30 yr IOUs (bonds), which is debt, to fund your mega-renovation that your program has to pay back. That's just debt. Debt isn't wealth. Bonds aren't wealth. It will be funded by "seat licensing" which means your season ticket holders are going to take it in the arse for your grandiose vision. I wonder how many of them even know? Apparently none of you do.
