Exactly, also there were plenty of other examples the finally sealed his deal. Don't get me wrong I respect some of the stuff he did for my kids but you can't have two sets of standards on a team or Athletic Department....especially from the top down.

Ricky's family are Ole Miss fans. Ricky couldn't care less.. He doesn't watch football on Saturdays. He also doesn't give a shite where his players go on to play. He's in no way trying to build an OM pipeline to SHS. That's just not his way. I don't know Bobby personally, so I can't speak for him.
I don't know Ricky personally but have been told by HS coaches that he & his family are Ole Miss fans. I am not saying he would push a kid one way or another. Most good coaches I know really don't care where their kids go as long as they are happy, treated right and aren't lied too.

Would you like to dispute any of the facts I cited, or do you think it's just an irrelevant coincidence that we decided to give ourselves a nickname based on an obscure slave term that almost no one had ever heard at the exact same time that multiple schools across the country were giving themselves nicknames following a convention that, if followed by us, would have resulted in the exact same nickname we had just decided to give ourselves based on an obscure slave term that almost no one had ever heard of.
Be careful in your answer. It will be important to our determination of your liar/moron classification.

I'm not asking you to accept my conclusion. I'm asking you to dispute my premises or dispute my logic or accept my conclusion.
This has been pretty standard practice going back at least to the ancient Greeks.
If you'd like to shake my confidence in what will be proven out regarding your integrity and intelligence, it should be pretty easy to show that I'm wrong by doing one of those three things.

Is that actually true?
Yes. Ole Miss has more black students than State. Both as a percentage and as a total number.

Yancy's update on the matter:
quote:
I'm in Mexico on vacation with my wife and I get a text yesterday morning saying South Panola had hired Lee Wooldridge, aka Coach 34.
Obviously, I didn't give much thought to the text and just replied back that I didn't think the rumor was true. A few minutes later someone within the South Panola program text me and said the same thing.
I proceeded by texting South Panola head coach, Lance Pogue, who I consider a good friend of mine through the years. He replied back that it was true.
I replied back, "thanks", and put up the post that he had been hired. That was it. I was off to the pool here at our resort.
I came back to the room and missed a couple calls from Lance. I returned his call and he told me that he had been getting blasted since the news broke.
I simply reported what he wanted me to report. I didn't try and talk Pogue out of hiring him, as Lee Wooldridge is now claiming. To be honest, I should have. This is a guy who called my wife a whore one time on his message board. The people who knew my wife in the industry (medical supplies) actually came to her defense on his board and said she is anything but. Lee was in the industry himself and somehow my wife got brought into a conversation on his board.
This is a guy who has put up more lies on his site to purposely hurt anyone associated with Ole Miss through the years than you can count. He makes Steve Robertson look like a saint.
But I told my wife and Chuck that I was going to be the bigger man and stay out of it and let Lance handle the situation the best he saw fit.
Later that night I was at dinner and I got another call from Lance. He said that it simply didn't work out because Lee was going to be too big of a distraction for his program.
I never told Lance he was making the right decision or gave him my opinion of Coach 34. I just asked him how he wanted me to report it.
Now we have Lee, aka Coach 34, wanting to blame me for all of this. Lee, my man, there is no one to blame but yourself.
You have acted irresponsible on the message boards for years now. It caught up with you. And no, I had zero impact in Lance's decision. He made that all on his on. But I can assure you I would not feel the least bit bad if I would have tried to influence Lance's decision.
You made your bed. Now you have to lie in it.
Having said all of that; I hope you change your ways and reach your goals of getting into coaching again. We all make mistakes.

Honestly, I'm pretty sure MSU has more black students than Ole Miss. But that's not what's important.
What's really important is the sausage to taco ratio. MSU is 48% female while Ole Miss is 56% female.

I think Ole Miss is something like 14-17% African American and MSU is around 19-21% African American.
