Can hardly call myself a big contributor but did write a few checks at bonus time and every so often when I hit a good score with the stock market, but my wallet has closed. These demands of millions of dollars to play college football has finished me. I have no problems to helping these kids with more money along with their paid ride for college, but this has gone overboard. There are better ways to spend my excess funds.

This is not true. The money was given to the school athletic budget which is for Rev Share not NIL. Rev Share cannot be used until June at the earliest. It blows my mind State fans cannot understand this.
Rev Share and NIL are completely different animals. NIL is a collective. Rev share is the school.

Which is the exact number that SEC schools are preparing for Rev Share. Won’t be available until July 1st if it is finalized with the House settlement.
NIL is a different animal and on paper is not tied to the schools.

Wonder how much Auburn had to pay to probably get Arnold. Don't think there was much doubt that he wanted to play for Lebby. Yella fella must have had to pay an extra few hundred thousand at least to convince this kid to play for freeze instead of Lebby. That said, that's all college football is now
