Actually, Dram Shop laws reduce liability for drinking establishments, otherwise they would be sued into oblivion for every alcohol related accident. I don’t know if they would be protected under these circumstances.However, since nobody was actually harmed as a result of being asked to leave, what would be the basis for a lawsuit?
