the programs whole movie was mostly shot on usc campus and williams brice, and the fly over for the bowl game in the water boy was williams brice.

A&M- Monsters Inc (Sully was named after Sullivan Ross)
There are other Pixar movies related/tied to A&M that's just the only example I can think of now. I have heard the old man from "Up" is modeled after a professor on campus, which professor that is I have no idea.

The geoscience complex in Dukes of Hazard is actually our Howe-Russell Geoscience builiding even though they said it was Georgia tech.
Pride was filmed in the LSU natatorium.
I don't think any mentioned LSU by name though. It would have messed with the scripts and story.
