I watched the game live on the teevee. Was unbelievable.

I see this every March, multiple times per year. Awful.
I still wonder wtf Derek Grimm was doing. Why wasn't he playing defense?!?!

Why didn't anyone turn the ball handler? Just once? Sutherland, defensive stopper extraordinaire, just backpedals like a mofo.

I was twelve and I was devastated. Watched it in our hotel room in Disney world. I'll never forget it.

I don't know. I don't know what any of the players were thinking or what Norm was thinking.

It's amazing how the losses haunt more than the wins. Maybe that's because we're a Mizzou.
I can remember like it was yesterday standing next to the field against Colorado getting ready to rush the field. And my cousin screaming in my ear, "That was 5 downs. That was 5 downs!" And it was far from yesterday.

At least y'all have the opportunity to exercise some of those demons this weekend. Still you're right the losses I remember into perpetuity.

Tennessee, 1998. The Stoernover.
We were 8-0, they were #1 in the country. Had them on the ropes and were running the clock, and then....

For Bama, has to be the Orange bowl following the 1971 undefeated regular season. Playing #1 Nebraska, the game was never a contest. The corn shuckers crushed the Tide.

Punt Bama Punt. Still hearing it 41 years later :bang head:
Good probability I won't live another 41 years so I won't have to hear about this one that long.

Not sure about a loss, but 11/4/10 was the start of a pretty consecutive couple shitty months.
