What's really bizarre about this is that a few weeks later, we went into Tuscaloosa and upset nationally ranked Alabama 17-13.

I was a young lieutenant (okay, 28, but it felt young to me) - the game was on a drill weekend. My superiors (apparently did not watch the end of the game) asked how the game ended up. When I said LSU 17, Bama 13, they accused me of f*cking with them.

Good times...

Nebraska. The new Georgia when it comes to glorifying the past. Maybe Hershel Walker and Tom Osborne can pose together for a special edition flashback poster.

A strange thing to say, considering the entire thread is about past historical scores.

I didn't realize it was such a serious topic. Giving a Nebraska fan hell just comes naturally to me. No need for anyone's butt to hurt.

I do notice that Miss States beatdown was more recent than a lot of schools.

In 1942 when UGA drubbed us...our students were already in the service..we didnt even field a team in 1943. Some victory leghumpers. Just remember who owns your azz NOW...18 out of the last 22 games...thats pitiful and its fixing to be 19 out of 22.

LSU is the only school never to allow 60 or more points to be scored against them...

Vandy was a powerhouse. Look what they did to Ole Miss in 1915. how in the hell do you score that much in a run only offense?
