Some people just can't appreciate the fact that Vanderbilt was one of the winningest programs in the SEC until the 1960s.

We gave up 70 to USC. Just throwing that out there. Football or stats prior or during WWII is a joke.

When Vanderbilt was a national power. Again, I find it sad that few people realize how good Vanderbilt was until the 1960s.

When Alabama lost to Vanderbilt in 1906, they were in the midst of winning 6 of 7 SIAA titles (Southern Intercollegiate Athletic Association).

Little before my time, but jusst how I feel. 2 world wars and rampant cheating. I respect the history but I also understand that there's far to much crap going on to really reference it or even brag about it.
