As an Ohio State fan, this stat pisses me off. We should have 1 or 2 more nattys. I wouldn’t boast about this. We’re underachieving.

We should have more national titles. While I am proud of all our Buckeyes, this is more for discussion than a boast. Every team on this list should be proud of their program.

Alabama's total is so impressive because the 5-6 years before Saban were pretty light in draft picks. I think the year before Alabama didn't have a single player drafted...which is pretty crazy. Feels like we went from Shaun Alexander/Chris Samuels in the 2000 draft to the Saban era without much of a NFL impact, but still had players drafted, just nothing like the past decade+.

Always the bridesmaid, but never the bride under Richt. Would have had a great shot in the CFP (if around) in 2002, 2007, and nearly toppled Alabama in 2012 for the right to dogwalk ND in the title game.
To say we weren't nationally relevant before Kirby is disingenuous.
It's gotta hurt that UGA has won the same amount of 21st centuries titles in 365 days as OSU has won in 23 years.
