We went undefeated in 1909, and no one scored over 6 points against us, but we only played 7 games. LSU and Oklahoma were our best modern day opponents played.

I think Tennessee with General Neyland was arguably the top SEC program before Bryant. Ofc the Bahr proceeded to make the Vols and the rest of the SEC his whipping boys for the next two decades
