And it was still a three point game with what? Six minutes left? Colt McCoy was better than Garrett Gilbert. I'm not saying I know what would have happened, but it isn't unreasonable for teasips to think that if GG gets them within three with 6 minutes left, Colt does better.

Agreed. Also our defense was suited to stop belldozer after a year in the SEC. I think our defense last year and this year has an added benefit of playing in the Big 12 and SEC, and has seen so many run style and pass styles offenses.

The funny thing about Hineygate is that they still dwell on oversigning.com even though the Ohio State fan who started the site got so thoroughly owned by SEC fans in the comments section that he shut the site down. If it isn't oversigning it's wisecracks about dumb athletes and low graduation rates in the SEC. All this despite tOSU being no better than middle of the pack compared to SEC teams in graduation rate.

I get that the SEC does itself no favors in the academic/education region with the two Mississippi schools, but we have A&M/Florida/Vandy/Georgia/Mizzou. We are AAU as frick.

We have an Ohio state alum in my neighborhood. Sometimes we'll talk when I'm washing the car and he always brings up how good of a game 08 was and how close it was. Must suck to have an inferior complex.

The Trojans, by far the biggest 'victims' of the BCS system, missed out on at least two invites (03&08). Probably this is what is meant.

Again, lsu fans were there before the game. Being very civil and complementing the team. They started calling our players douchebags and w iggers before the dogs were called on their asses. Don't talk shite if you can't handle it.
That's the problem with te Internet, people read a statement and form an opinion.
ALSO, they were talking about how that thread went longer than ANY baseball thread has gone for them at that point in the game(5 pages) so the Oklahoma douchebags who were never in their OWN baseball threads were coming out of the woodwork to talk shite about lsu to the civil lsu fans. They got wind that lsu fans were in there and started talking shite for no reason.
