Wake the giant and lock down the state in recruiting. Every major D-1 team in the nation was pulling recruits out of South Louisiana (mainly NOLA) in the 80s.
I can remember players going to Colorado, Notre Dame, Miami, FSU.
Dinardo started to bring back the magic (keeping recruits at home), Saban built the fence and Miles has kept it up.
