I thought their use of the power I was a stroke of genius. To bring that back when defenses have gone leaner to defend the spread and pass rush.... No argument that they were a good team that came to play.

And I’m not giving on JoeMo.

Yessir. I got the impression that our front 7 had never seen guards pull before. Maybe they haven't

End of the day: KState is much better than last year.

State played with a true freshman QB, without their best DL, DB and LB, and lost by 1 score. It's a bad loss but it's not inexcusable like some we've had in the past.

Even with us being flat in the first quarter, we had gone on a 17-0 run from the end of the second quarter to the beginning of the fourth quarter.
A special teams failure is what cost us the game. Shrader actually played reasonably well. But when you have a momentum changer like that especially in the fourth quarter it is a game changer.

Now I have no idea of what to expect this Saturday. Really it is a crap shoot.

We will see.

Gave me flashbacks to the Bill Curry years of Mo Williams up the middle on every down.

MSU is underachieving. When they had Mullen as coach the lines were big and nasty, and MSU was a tough team. I don't see that with Moorhead.

And with what he inherited last year, even MSU fans swore up and down they would win no less than 10 games. How did that work out for you? Dude is definitely a step or two down the ladder

Mullen was here for 10 years. JoMo is not 2 steps behind 2nd year Mullen. His recruiting is miles ahead. We'll see if he figures out the in-game adjustments.

Maybe your team can stay within 30 this year.

You must be young and not really understand MSU football's place in the SEC before Mullen.

You must be too young to remember some of the teams Sherrill had in the 90s.

Yeah he's not good Wayyy over his head in the SEC

Missouri is currently 8.5 favored over Carolina and BO could not beat Carolina. Why is Missouri favored by that much when he could not beat Carolina last 3 years?

Perhaps, they shouldn't have committed academic fraud.

Mississippi State is currently a 7 point favorite over Kentucky

People like to pull that Mullen only had like 1 win against a end of the season ranked team....but one thing he did do consistently is beat the teams he was favored to beat.
